"This hotel has great potential. I believe this place is not yet ready to host such a crowd of families. On the surface this is place is nice, great pool hours and activities for the kids. We enjoyed our room, although we were not able to use it to its full capacity and I explained why below. There are floors that are closed due to construction- understandable. "The beautiful lake view was the highlight! Nice room, has everything you need like comfy beds, good tv/wifi, and even heated toilets! I loved that they give you vouchers to visit Lakeside Beach because that saved us a lot of money. We also got a $60 food/bev credit with our stay and loved the room service breakfast. Nice size parking lot. Cute balcony to watch the view. Close enough to walk to casinos and local shops (10mins)."
