"2pm到达，告知还不能入职，要3点钟以后或者更迟，说会电话联系， 一直到接近6pm才电话 联系告诉可以入住。所以对于前台的服务不太满意，不像是高星级酒店的标准。

"I scheduled our stay at this resort at the tail end of our trip to China to relax after so many days of hiking and touring around. I've never felt as relaxed at a resort/hotel in my life.
