Nice hotel, got a free upgrade on arrival. They don’t offer couples massage but managed to find another masseuse to accommodate our request. Spa facilities were good. Good value for money, would stay again if we went back for the skiing.

excellent value

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was helpful and breakfast was good. Quiet hotel and I slept well. What makes this hotel special is the excellent spa with infrared, sauna, hot tub, and pool. Make time to enjoy these features.

Good value, comfortable, friendly, but not 5*

Nice hotal at the top of town. We were there in summer but I imagine the area looks nicer in the winter. Easy walk (10 mins) to the centre. Forna 5* hotel I was surprised that some things were a bit cheap and run down. The room was big and comfortable, but some drawers were broken. Some lights were broken or buzzed loudly. Breakfast was nice but nothing special: not 5*. Balcony overlooked a building site, which won't be finished for a year at least. But overall very happy with the price. Great spa!

Excellent hotel. Apartment room is very large and the views from the room were incredible. We ate at the restaurant and had room service a few times, the food was incredible and very reasonably priced compared to other European destinations. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. This truly is a 5 star hotel. If we ever return to Bansko to go skiing again, we will definitely stay at this hotel again. The only couple of negatives was that it's advertised as a ski in/ski out hotel, which isn't strictly true as it's a 5 min walk to the Gondola. Although, location is still perfect. Secondly, sound proofing could be enhanced as we could hear our neighbours at times. Overall, excellent, clean, safe, convenient hotel that delivered excellent value for money.

Great spot away from the noise

Great place to stay. Comfortable beds and a decent breakfast Not all of the electrical plugs worked but we managed to find two that did. Still a good place to stay and their sauna and steam room is a welcomed sight after a day of activity

The people at the hotel were incredibly kind and caring. They went out of their way to assist and paid attention to details. The rooms are big, spacious and clean. The hotel is near the ski lift and yet walking distance from the town center.

Property isn't as big as some of the others so the things like the Spa and free shuttle transfers to the gondola or even just checking in are made seemless. We turned up and were in our room within 5 minutes which was huge. Brilliant stay and if we come back to bansko I'd expect a return stay to be in the Amira.

In the regular room the bathroom is quite small and there are no amenities for making Coffee and Tea . For us it felt overpriced. The beds are comfortable . The pool is nice very good breakfast. We ate dinner one night which wasn't so good

Be aware of reservations being changed by hotel!

Was moved to Belvedere hotel last three days after I paid to stay at Amira. I was told they had sports team and moved me to Belvedere which was terrible. They offered free meals to compensate for the move which instead gave 90 in Bulgarian currency for me moving. Other hotel had sports team parting all night no central air and had no sleep. Checked out two days early and moved to 5 star hotel which was not much more than I paid. Lost money but gained sleep and Kempinski hotel has gained new customer.

Está muy lejos de ser un 5 estrellas... Agua en piscina y jacuzzi sucias, muy sucias. En la piscina no funcionaban los chorros. En el apartamento había cocina pero ni una paella o pote para cocinar. El secador deformado porque estaba medio desecho. Personal no implicado en hacer sentir a gusto. Eso sí, amplio y buenas vistas.
