Vkusné a útulné.

Izba pekne zariadená a vykúrená. V kúpeľni by to chcelo o vešiak alebo poličku navyše. Raňajky boli výborné a personál ústretový. Akurát hotelové parkovisko je trochu nadivoko.

The staff were all quite friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The only thing that would have made the room better is air conditioning, but that was not a big deal. The hotel's private parking is handy and relatively easy to get in and out of. The location is convenient for walking to all of the major sights in Banska Bystrica as well as restaurants, bars, & shops.

Good sized apartment at a reasonable price

My wife and I stayed here for four nights. The hotel is one street behind the town square in the old part of town and only 5 minutes walk to Banská Bystrica Mesto railway station. The location is good, being close to the Europa Shopping Mall (10 minutes) and the central train and bus stations (15 minutes walk). The hotel has a nice entrance foyer that adjoins a cafe that is used by hotel guests for their breakfast. Breakfasts were included and there was a good selection catering for many different tastes. Check-in was quick and efficient and the staff, who spoke reasonable English were very helpful. Our room was a good size with a very comfortable bed and serviced daily. There was room for a lounge and coffee table. There was also plenty of hanging space and places to store our luggage. The bathroom has a shower over a bathtub. However the shower is a hand held one and is set at midriff height with no shower screen or curtain making it difficult to wash yourself. There are also no towel racks if you want to reuse your towels. The room has heating but no aircon. It was very hot (around 27C) and because it is on a busy street is very noisy at night. If you closed the windows to shut out the noise it was stifling hot and if you kept the windows open the noise disturbed your sleep. In summer, ask for a room that doesn’t face the road.
