"Nice hotel, a little far from the city center. The room was great but without ac, we had to sleep the window opened. Breakfast offers a large choice of sweet and salted food,"

"La recepción fue muy deficiente, la persona a cargo estuvo pésima. Cero servicio. Una de ella fue mas servicial."

"Friendly staff. I had been traveling for three days with no sleep and they gave me an early check in, which was greatly appreciated. Cleaned the room daily and made my stay a pleasant one. This was the second time I have stayed at this Hotel during my Cuenca visits."

"Todo bien. Buena ubicación."

"It was the worst night of my life There was a lot of noise during the whole night I was not able to get any sleep I was about to leave the hotel at 3am but they were not willing to give me my money back so I stayed that night The worst part was that when I complained multiple times about the situation they did not do anything about it"

The listing says the place has soundproofing, however, this is the noisiest place I have ever stayed. Street noise, every step and voice inside the building can be heard. There is a Belgium pub in the square that played loud music until 12:30 am on a Wednesday night. We booked the romantic room and I promise everybody knew about the romance. Breakfast...
