"there was rubbish (left over pizza in our bin) skid marks in the toilet. Hot water situation needs to be fixed either burning or cold. no in between.

"Significant amount of maintenance going on at the moment. Lots of areas cordoned off. The spa at the tropical pool is not in operation due to maintenance. But we've. Been here 5 days and haven't seen anyone working on it. The spa at the main lagoon pool area was lovely for the first two nights. Then didn't work on the third. Desk guy came out and looked. He got the maintenance guy who eventually said we'll have to get the pool people out to fix it. That was 3 days ago and it's still not working....

"夜遅くのチェックインのやり方が直前までわからなく、チェックインできるか不安でしたが、着いたら準備はしてくれていましたが、やはりわかりにくく、駐車場の停め方も不明点が多かったです。
もう少し詳しく説明があるとスムーズにチェックインができました。
あとは、泊まる階が3階でしたので、エレベーターもなく、階段しかないので荷物が多い方には不便さを感じます。
それでも、部屋からのオーシャンビューは最高でした。"
