"i tried to cancel a booking at least 5 days ahead of the booking and never received a confirmation from anyone. the room booked was handicapped rated and i’m not handicapped. i booked thru booking. com and the amount for the room $175.00 was deducted from my account. i also was given a contact number for the corporate office in finland to settle a dispute the charge. so now i have to go thru the dispute process no one ever called me back from the booking. james bartch"

"Very disappointing experience. The room was dirty, there was leftover food from a previous guest in the refrigerator, and the exposed metal bed supports were a serious safety hazard. I hit my ankles on them multiple times, causing significant pain. The condition of the room was so bad that I checked out within two hours. Definitely not a hotel I would recommend."

"Not amenities in the hotel"

"The room was large with an exposed bathroom. Albeit the toilet was enclosed separately. The shower was large and had lovely shampoo and conditioner. The bed was comfortable and there was a large couch built in along the window. Plenty of place to store luggage. There was an ice and water room a few doors down from our room. At reception there was water and apples. We didn’t use the bar or parking. The property was well placed for shopping and the cinema"
