"Absolutely loved our stay, room was amazing, spotlessly clean, rooms decor & attention to detail was spot on, beds were luxurious & comfortable. Breakfast was excellent & so was the swimming pool. Eastern European lady on reception the evening we arrived was lovely & helpful, will return again"

"Had a fantastic 2 night stay for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Our lodge was lovely, a bit tired but spotlessly clean with stunning views overlooking the Loch. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. On arrival we were greeted by Arthur the Concierge, he was so lovely, helpful & extremely knowledgeable about the Castle and surrounding areas. His colleague Mike was also lovely & very helpful. The reception staff were equally lovely and we were welcomed with a very nice wee dram of whiskey which went down well. The food in the restaurant was delicious, we didn’t have one complaint. We used the Spa facilities and the staff there were also first class just a shame the cleanliness in the showers and spa bath weren’t. "

"Friendly and helpful staff, nice clean room. Wife said spa was very tidy and well organised. Buffet breakfast was very good, the bacon was very tasty and not the tasteless buffet offering usually found. Good choice of foods. Overall, a very pleasant visit."
