"Hotel is clean, hotel is very nice inside, the main thing that was the only issue is they do not have smart tvs (access youtube, netflix, etc) the ones they have are outdated and kept losing signal"

"Hotel Per La is a gem! Beautiful decor, great restaurant and cafe, excellent staff. My only complaint is that there was no mini fridge in the room. There is a "cooler" that looks exactly like a fridge but doesn't actually get cold. I bought groceries (thinking it was a fridge), but ended up having to ask for bucketsof ice over and over so my food wouldn't spoil. That was a hassle. However, everything else about the hotel was fantastic and it was a great downtown location for my conference."

"One of the best hotel experiences I’ve experienced! The staff were amazing! I had told them that we were staying for my wife’s birthday. They actually took the time to put together a small gift bag with a hand written birthday card and put it in our room. They also gave us an awesome view of dodger stadium when we told them that we were going to the dodger game. The hotel was very modern, clean, and safe. Everyone there, the valet, front desk and concierge, and security, were very kind and professional. Highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are staying in downtown LA. "

"So I was here for work and stayed in the back of the property. First I booked on line and when I got to the property it was almost 2k more than I booked for. The bar and restaurant they claim to be open starting at 5 never was unless it was for a private party. The building Nextdoor had parties for two days that lasted until 3am. The front desk didn’t disclose that the restaurant wouldn’t be open nor did they disclose the noise complaints from other guests. For three days I stayed awake, called the front desk with the same answer “we can’t do anything about it.” It smelled like weed every time you walked in. If you’re planning on getting rest so you can work don’t stay here! "

"The Omni hotel is excellent- the staff are all super friendly and helpful - The receptionist Prime was particularly friendly, sweet and helpful to us - a really great receptionist to have on the front desk:0) and Charlie was great too and helped us out with our cases. The rooms are quiet, beds comfortable and it has a lovely atmosphere. Thank you! "

"2 bedroom, 2 bathroom was spacious and the view was great. Dishes were stocked and the decor was nice. I loved the marble appearing floors. Security was heavy on all floors and desk/valet staff was amazing! My kids loved the basketball court, pool, and balcony views. My wedding stay went perfect. "
