"The hotel was absolutely beautiful! The service was impeccable. We were greeted upon arrive by the valet, and welcomed by the gentleman at the front door. The hotel had a marvelously relaxing fragrance directly upon entrance. We are Marriott Bonvoy members and received a $15 credit for food and beverages per night, we received free car train tickets from the concierge, and vouchers for two delicious free hot breakfast buffets that even had an omelette station! We were even given a free upgrade...

"Loved this hotel stay. Staff were friendly & helpful. Enjoyed the sitting areas on the roof top of property as well as the pool area. The room was clean, and served our needs. Would stay again, next time we come back to New Orleans. "

"Loved this place! So clean and beds were ridiculously comfortable! We had our shower door came loose and let the management know. Within 30 min we had someone come out and fix it. This is weird but the pillows smelled so good because you can tell they wash and clean all the sheets after every guest. "

"This was the third time we'd stayed at Hotel Mazarin. The proximity to Bourbon Street is wonderful, but our room was quiet. Parking is a little pricey (in my opinion), but most days it was fairly easy to have the car brought around when we needed it. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"The staff there was so helpful! Made me feel so welcomed as soon as I arrived. From valet, to check in, the staff helping with my luggage. My room wasn't ready but it wasn't that long it a wait. The restaurant / bar was a lovely place to hang out and they comped the food I had which was very sweet! I will always come back!"
