"Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. On a rainy morning they loaned me an umbrella. Our room was spacious and clean as was the bathroom although we got only one bath towel and one hand towel each, no wash cloths available. The rooms have no outside windows so was unable to see out to determine weather. Only a window overlooking the eating area….strange. The hotel’s location was perfect for our needs and a quick walk to locations downtown."

"Our room was spacious, clean and the best bed that we have had the pleasure of sleeping in. The shower is huge and the water pressure amazing and the music playing in the bathroom was nice. The hotel looked fabulous, even better than the pictures. Thebreakfast was amazing. From the smoked reindeer, made to order omelets, porridge, yogurt with toppings, breads, pastries, fresh fruit, fresh juices, choice of many cheeses, pickled vegetables, smoked trout and many othe,r options. They have a nice selection of gluten free items available."
