"Property grew on us. When we arrived at 1:30 we were told we could check in early for $20 or wait another hour and a half. Out of principle, I opted to wait because clearly the room was ready, it was just a money grab. I don’t blame the workers bc I’m sure they are just following procedure. "the room was very adequate for my stay. I was in town for a baby shower and the hosts live right around the area so it was very convenient. I love that Top Banana was right up the street they have great coffee and great pastries. I always enjoy my stay is Seattle, and this was my first time staying in a single room style accommodation and it was just right. If I had an issue it would be that the common are was untidy, and had a bit of a smell like spoiled milk, but I didn't spend any time there...

"It’s a two-story building, and I ended up staying on the lower level. Unfortunately, it smelled strongly like an old basement. Also, while sitting at the table, you can tell you were on a slanted floor. I wasn’t sure if I was losing my mind so I set a pencil on the floor and it rolled down exactly like I suspected. They did a nice job with the renovations, but I couldn’t get past the smell. Parking is also extremely limited. I had to park on the street, and depending on availability, you may end...

"Although we had a brief stay, It was a lovely and comfy stay. Josiah was extremely responsive to my many questions. And the instructions from checkin to check out were clear to follow. Location was super close to where we were working and had a lot of yummy food nearby. I highly recomend this place for anyone visiting Seattle."
