Great Hospitality, Very Kind staffs, Neat and broad Rooms. We really enjoyed our stay there. Very much accessibilty enabled. All the major attractions of Pattaya are accessible from here. Great place to stay.

5 nights at this hotel. Small set-up. Just a simple room with basic amenities. Room was relatively spacious and good for 1-2 pax. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The front desk staff can communicate in basic English. Check-in and checkout were easy. It takes about 45 min to the airport, arranged by the hotel lobby for 500 baht. Overall, very satisfied for the price I paid. Slight noisy as the hotel is near main road, but still tolerable and did not affect my sleep.

I really enjoyed my time at UPAR and when I return to Bangkok I will be booking with them again. The room is nice, the AC works good and the shower water gets very hot. It is right off the main road in Silom and you have access to tons of restaurants and bars. It is also only a 5-10 minute walk to BTS.

I really enjoyed my time at UPAR and when I return to Bangkok I will be booking with them again. The room is nice, the AC works good and the shower water gets very hot. No tv in room, no safe in room, no hot water. I complained to head office and got a new room which was more galling as it was two doors from my original room but local manager didn’t offer it to me. There was still no hot water.

The AC was terrible it sounded like water leaking from the roof. It felt like we were breathing in black mould due to the vents being so dirty, The whole room was quite dirty, especially the bathroom. Stain on the wall by the bed. Lights didn’t work near the bed and the bed base was dangerously sharp. Staff were ok but we tried ringing up to ask about something missing and they kept hanging up on us. Perhaps a language barrier thing. We would not stay here again.

The room was poorly ventilated, we had a leak in the bathroom celling which we informed to the reception, they said the technician will go but he didn't. The bathroom was dampt, not to mention that it keept "raining" inside all night long, we were in the 4th floor, therefore the water was most likely from the toilet upstairs
