"Water heater didn’t work well. In the beginning for after 10s no more than it came back after you fiddle than no more. Very frustrating shower, complain to front desk… insist no problem. Ask for extra bottle of water and given. Later was told there is charge. This is residence that also operates hotel so the 5 star hotel definitely no feel."

"スタッフが親切で出かける時には、ホテルのソンテウで近くなら送ってくれるし、部屋は広いしバルコニーがあるので、たばこも吸えるし風呂上がりにはベランダでビールを飲みながら、明日の計画を立てたりと、とても過ごしやすいホテルです。セントラルやターミナル21からの帰りもボルトを使うと60バーツ程度300円以内で帰れるので何処え行っても帰りに困らない。そんなホテル🏨です。"

"Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. The room is very clean and comfortable overall. Cool and quiet air conditioning (which I personally value the most!) shower water pressure is strong and great, supplied toiletries are very nice. wifi strength in the room is perfect. Stable speed capped at ~10MB/s which is completely fine and expected. "
