"There is only 1 key card per room. It's not explained so I figured I'd help anyone else who books. The same is with towels there are no extras. You only get 2 per room and they can get exchanged daily. .Make sure to put that you want your room cleaned on the door. Our room was only cleaned when we did that. We left for the whole day and a half and it wasn't cleaned."

"I booked this hotel due to the rating (9/10). It was far from that, the bed was as hard as the floor, the pillows were so bad we had to use our travel/plane pillows instead. The hotel was up a back street about 30mins by car from the city, with no other tourists around and the only shop was a 7eleven. The street was smelly and there was huge garbage piles everywhere next to the roads. I had paid for 2 tooms for 2 nights but left the next morning not caring about a refund for the 2nd night. In a...

"My overall experience was very good. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was maintained well. Pool was huge!!! A lot of dining options nearby. Unfortunately, the TV wasn't working due to a signal issue. However, this isn't a complaint. I didn't fly around the world to watch TV, so perfectly fine with me. Thank you for the great service and accommodations! I would highly recommend!!!"
