"Overall a pleasant stay. There was construction across from the hotel but it wasn't bothersome when inside. The rooms has thin walls though causing us to hear people talking. Location is close to the Bow River and Banff Canoe Docks. Short walk to Banff Ave.
The pool and hot tub is located in the sister hotel, Banff Park Lodge which is right next door, but not the same building so you have to go outside.
Fridge in room but microwave is in the common area. There is a coffee and tea station but...

"Clean comfortable rooms.
Pleasant staff but not overly friendly.
$500. + nightly rate in June, expensive for some Canadians, but I know it is the National Park.

"It could be better.
Roomy, in a great location, bike use was free.
Staff were helpful
However foyer and lift floors were a bit dirty with street/leaf litter, even first thing in the morning.
The room we had was poorly lit, not so good for "old" eyes!"
