"Here's an updated version with your 6-day stay included: We stayed at Rundlestone Lodge in Banff for 6 days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. What made our experience exceptional was the staff especially Adele at the front desk. She was incredibly welcoming, kind, and genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Her warmth and hospitality made such a lasting impression on us. The location is perfect within walking distance of downtown Banff, yet far enough from the busy areas that it stays peaceful and quiet. It was the ideal balance for relaxing after a full day of exploring. The amenities were also fantastic. The indoor pool and hot tub were a great way to unwind, and having a playground right next door was an added bonus for families with children. Every member of the staff we met during our stay was so, so, so friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. After spending 6 days here, we can honestly say we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family friendly hotel with amazing service, a great location, and wonderful amenities, Rundlestone Lodge is an excellent choice."

"At first glance, it is a beautiful hotel at the edge of town. Then you are given a room which is so close to the room in the next building, for example A to B, across from it that you could almost pass a cup of coffee from your balcony to their balcony, so there is no privacy at all in many of the rooms. Those rooms also have no view whatsoever. There is inadequate shelving for clothes storage or toiletry storage. And the worst thing is that there is no soundproofing. We could hear every word that individuals said in the hallway, including before seven in the morning and after 10 in the evening. I really could not recommend staying at this hotel."

"We had a fantastic stay! Got lots of use out of our small but super useful kitchen so we could take lunch on the road with us. It was well stocked with utensils and cooking appliances for the two of us. The beds & pillows were also incredibly comfortable! Perfect for after a long day outdoors :) only thing that would’ve been nice was some hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. We ended up using some of the hangers provided in the closet area."
