The location is fantastic, the building is beautiful, the room is spacious, and breakfast is scrumptious. It'd be perfect if the towel and linen quality was better.

Summer Vacation

The service was good. Didik Anugerah from the front office help me to sort my train ticket. He was very helpful and friendly. I feel comfortable ad safe in the hotel. I think I choose the wrong date cause the Hotel was fully booked and lots of children's since its Indonesia school holiday. The room is a bit dated and need improvement on the toilet and the bed. Overall I will come back to this hotel cause its convenient and near to all the outlets and eateries.

The aircon controller does not work, have to call 2 times, at the end the maintenance replace the controller on the wall. The water overflow from the bathroom to the passage-way.

An affordable hotel with good services and stay

This hotel is definitely a catch, value for money. The room is spacious, clean and the range of toiletries is sufficed. No doubt, a comfortable sleep over the night. Breakfast has a good range which should keep you interested at least for 3 days. The food in cafe is nice, good for a lazy meal in the hotel. Overall a good hotel. Definitely will be at the top of my list should I return to Bandung.

Perfect hotel

Perfect hotel in Bandung. It was a new, clean, modern hotel. The room was spacious, staffs were friendly, nice view from the room and also from the sky lounge bar, safe surroundings, impressively various food for the breakfast and perfect location. I would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect hotel ever

This was the best hotel ever in Indonesia. Staffs were so nice, clean and spacious room, view from the room and sky lounge are perfect, tasty breakfast, nice performance in the evening, facilities were new and well-organized, quiet, safe surroundings, even a microwave and dining table, big refrigerator was in the room. Hot water available, plenty of amenities, a big bath tub, two devided bed rooms in a room. Everything was perfect as it is. 인도네시아 각종 지역에서 묵어보았는데 가장 좋은 숙소였습니다. 방 하나 안에 침실이 두개 있었고 거실과 식탁, 샤워 부스, 욕조, 큰 냉장고, 전자레인지, 싱크대까지 없는 게 없었어요. 라운지바는 물론 방 안에서 보는 전망도 끝내주고 직원들은 다 친절했습니다. 전체적으로 다 깨끗하고 잘 관리된 상태였고 주변지역도 안전하고 조용했어요. 위치도 괜찮았고 가격도 저렴하고 저희는 세명이었는데 방 두 개 따로 잡거나 간이 침대 추가할 필요도 없었던 진짜 강력 추천하는 호텔입니다. 제발 여기서 묵어주세요!

Good hotel in Bandung

The room was very good. If we stay in same scale/quality hotel in Korea, we should pay 3 times more. Air conditional temp was fixed and we could not change it so I got a terrible cold at this hotel. I came back to Korea and went to hospital, doctor said I got a chronic sinusitis and chronic rhinitis, chronic otitis media. It was almost fixed since I took medicine for 1 month but it was not interesting experience. worker was very kind except one people who want to get a tip for move our baggage even if I paid all of service fee and tips when book in hotels.com. Breakfast was very delicious and especially "Bubur Ayam" was wonderful. I really loved it. We stayed here for long days so we ate almost of breakfast buffet menu in this hotel. Every breakfasts were delicious and also room service was greatful. Sky bar was also wonderful. The night landscape of Bandung was very good. But when we requested additional 2 towels, hotel said there are not enough towel. I really surprised of this hotel because this hotel didn't prepare additional towel. Location was very good. There is a convenient store nearby hotel(30 seconds by walk) and also many food cart and restaurents infront of hotel. The shower booth was too small. And room service ignored some request(Like request additional "Do not disturb" card because we broke it by accident). Almost everything was good and almost every workers were kind. I loved this hotel. Thank you for good service and don't mind about my criticism.

Nice locality. friendly staff. clean rooms. Hotel always book your taxi through blue bird taxi service. Though they use metered fare, can get Go-CAR app taxi (Go-Jek) at less than half the cost.
