The building had the feel of an old roadside motel and I would not have felt safe or secure there if I had been traveling alone. "If you are lanning to stay more than one day, PLEASE TAKE YOUR SHOWER GEL. Room are not cleaned daily. Continental Breakfast was OK. Weather became colder in evening & at night, there is no heating. When I requested, she can ot start central heating as these are summer months. There is no portable heater. Be careful, befora you book this palce"

"The room was a good size and comfortable. We are there in the evening. Food was cooked well. We enquired what time breakfast was and where we ate. We were told between 9-11am downstairs in bar restaurant. We went downstairs at 9-15 am only to find the place deserted!! Absolutely no one to be found. Apparently our breakfast was a bunch of bananas, some apples, cereal bar and a pot if granola in a small fridge left on the landing. No milk!! On Expedia it stated breakfast was included with photos...

"Very well positioned for Goodwood House and the Motor Circuit. The Guest House was very clean and our bed was very comfortable, we slept like logs! Our host was great and cooked us breakfast. Will stay again."
