"Bad"

"I booked Junior suite but the bed was against the wall. You have to crawl on the other side. The location was not great. The bed and pillows were comfy. I was informed if you check in earlier, a 200 Php per hour fees, ice cubes cost 50 Php."

"The hotel in general is well organised, clean with very helpful staff. The room was spacious and very clean. Only let down the outside view. We were facing a brick wall. Expected at least to be informed of that prior to booking or given the option to upgrade. (May be some of the bathroom towels have reached their lifespan) Check in was seamless. Arrived early but were allowed to check in. We arrived after lunch with some hungry tummies. Allowed to use the buffet but unfortunately by that time...
