"Quick check in as we booked via hotel.com We requested room change as the first room had no view and receptionist granted our request- easy process where we didn’t have to go back down to reception - they sent their concierge up with a new key card. Unfortunately we were only given one door key card and when I requested for an extra card- it was refused. It was just not practical to have just one key card as the lift requires a Key card, which means my husband and I cannot go out at separate...
