"This location has the best night shift attendant. She helped us with a room on the first level and was just super friendly and down to earth. She is the main reason I am giving this such a high score. Our room smelled like mold as soon as you opened the door. Plus they have old nasty crusty red couches with ottoman in the room that have outlived their purpose and then some. I was afraid to set anything down on them. Other than that the room seemed clean but I expect a little more for my money ya...

"My daughter and I had a 2 night stay just for a quick get away. Friendly staff and very welcoming. Loved the gym and enjoyed the water available. Great coffee and 24/7 service with creamer options. Comfortable bed Nice water pressure and enjoyed the shower The location at our hotel was amazing. Great walking distance to food and entertainment, shopping. Free breaks fast had healthy options"

"The staff were so nice and welcoming! We enjoyed our stay. In this Texas heat our room did take a second to cool but other than that it was a a very good hotel to stay at."

"It met my basic needs. Complaints: A shower head that leaked all over; the desk chair is shot and unadjustable; my original room had no air conditioning for the Dallas heat and they knew it beforehand--the AC was broken and all of its knobs and buttons were missing. Having to beg a room at 10:30 pm after having booked it weeks earlier is bad form."

"Good breakfast but not the cleanest place. Elevator ceiling was half missing and our air conditioner unit was dripping water. Room was a funky smell. Staff was friendly!"

"The Biggest thing is Parking. Parking is so limited and then they let trucks with trailers on the property and block the whole parking lot. Second thing is the property has a smell like old"
