"The stay was absolutely horrible because it was no HOT water for a shower. The water wasn’t even lukewarm it was freezing cold. We stayed 2 days and couldn’t shower I complained several times about this issue in Suite room 821. Also the breakfast was just a sack breakfast with stuff I can’t have. I picked this hotel because it had a hot continental breakfast which was false. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this establishment until they fix their hot water heater very disappointing "

"Even though they let us check in early. The 5th floor rugs in all rhe rooms were getting cleaned. We are glad to be able to check in early and we had plans to do something as soon as we got there , so cleaning the rugs wasnt such a big deal"
