Additionally, guests are required to take out their own trash and pay a deposit, which is refunded only after a staff inspection of the room to check for damages. On a positive note, the air conditioning worked exceptionally well. One staff member stood out for his kindness; unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name. However, another staff member’s approach was less than pleasant. She knocked loudly on my door as if to break it down, only to greet me with a “Good morning” despite it being evening. When I mentioned the time, she replied brusquely about not wanting to demonstrate how to operate the TV. I expressed my frustration at her lower tone, explaining it was my first time there. After showing me how to use the TV, the helpful young man assisted and earned a five-star rating for his outstanding customer service. He shared that he had faced harsh treatment from other guests, a sentiment I understood given my own frustrations, but I knew it wasn’t his fault. The kitchen was clean and appealing, although I did not see any cleaning staff during my stay."
