Hotel Perniagaan di Bandar Raya 6th of October

"Perfect"

"The Hyatt Centric was recommended by our world traveling friends, and was a great place for us to start our Egypt adventures. The hotel is large, new, clean, and has a huge pool, but alas the pool closed before we could properly enjoy it. If you're considering this hotel, you may appreciate that it's located within a secure business park compound, with the Giza pyramids an easy 15 Uber ride away. Others may find the business park setting a bit sterile, and un-walkable, other than across the...

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The place is nice, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. A special thank-you to Manal from housekeeping. She kept our room very clean and was so kind, professional, and thoughtful. Her care and warm personality made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable, and we really appreciated her efforts. The pool could also have been cleaner, and the water was very cold. Adding a heating option during cooler weather would make it more comfortable...

"The staff could be more professional, Most of them didn’t have good behavior. The bed sheets on my room were not clean."

"Room had damp, room key had to be replaced several times…no bar although advertised…breakfast buffet worst I’ve ever had…and hotel did little to calm the noise from people being at 1.30am -3.00am so sleep was awful…would warn anyone not to stay here"

Staff were abrupt and no direction of how things worked in the hotel, breakfast etc. No kettle in room, just a water cooler, that had a heat and warm button on that didn't work. Tiny fridge built in the cooler which was filthy and cracked. Furniture had glass tops on tables that had been cut down and the glass was all cracked. TV with one working channel. Bathroom was disgusting and probably not seen cleaning products since it opened. Choice of 1 pillow on the bed with...

"In general, clean rooms and very good staff, suitable for families."

"We were very satisfied with our stay. As two women traveling together, we felt very safe and comfortable at all times. The hosts were extremely kind and attentive. Mohammed, who took care of us, told us we could call him anytime or easily reach him via WhatsApp, which made everything much easier. The apartment was very clean and well-organized. The kitchen had almost everything you might need. There was a kettle to heat water for tea and coffee, as well as a microwave, refrigerator, and stove....
