"Excellent 5 stars hotel from every aspect, Top property well maintained, but above all the best staff in all areas of the hotel from the front desk to restaurants to coffee shop to the pool! It is like my time share property in Cairo, excellent massage by the pool by professional and polite Kamar , excellent hookah and drinks at the bar by the pool and panoramic view. IN SUMMARY MY FAVORITE HOTEL IN CAIRO FOR LAST 10 YEARS !"

"I booked an 18-day stay through Expedia and ended up leaving 5 days early due to a change in plans. I personally informed the hotel manager 3 days before my departure and clearly requested a refund for the unused nights. He agreed and told me to wait until the booking processed and to follow up at the end of the month.

"Personnel très serviable pour vous aider au quotidien. Nous avons eu besoin d’effectuer une prise de sang, l’hôtel nous a facilité cela en amenant un infirmier dans la chambre pour prélever le sang.
Personnel de la salle de sport très disponibles, à l’écoute et surtout sympathiques. De très belles discussions. Merci encore pour tout"
