"The staff were lovely and very helpful booking tours, taxis and discussing local travelling . The amenities are just not 4 star . The outdoor bar lacks character and experienced bartender. The hotel inside and out just looked warn. No fresh flowers, towels were not plush, lobby furniture needed to be freshened up and it just wasn’t a place that you enjoyed coming back to after evening dinner . "Me and my gf had such an amazing time here. The staff were amazing, Andrea and the owner were so extremely helpful. Andrea helped us find great restaurants, and she booked any activities we wanted to do. The entire staff was great and I would definitely recommend staying here if you come to Naxos. Only about a 15-20 walk from the port. Probably don’t wanna carry suitcases from the port to the hotel, but you can walk any other time though! They clean the room everyday if you want and bring clean sheets and towels everyday too. If you want an affordable place to stay that gives you 5 star service then this is the place! The only thing I didn’t like was the two full beds put together as one and in the description it said it was a king. That may be my only gripe but besides that not much else to complain about."
