"Large apartment sparse but fine for needs and in a good location, Woolworths across road, close access to southbank. Bedroom was on busy motorway traffic side unfortunately so very noisy. Pillows very hard and asked reception for alternatives but were not helpful. Had a roller bed arranged for a friend to stay but had to ask 3 times for it to be delivered. "

"Stayed at this hotel for two days. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, and the overall price of the room was reasonable. However, the rooms are quite old and need renovation. The room felt stuffy and poorly ventilated, with very little fresh airflow. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. The breakfast was particularly disappointing for the price the selection was very limited, mainly consisting of scrambled eggs,...
