"The carpet on the way to the room was disgusting. It was filthy, with dirt embedded in the carpet, a stained white washcloth on the floor, and bits of trash scattered about. "

"Everything about our stay was excellent, from the friendly greeting of the staff, to the room and bath amenities, to the sumptuous breakfast."

"Room was clean, staff was friendly, areas outside the room had litter and trash cans were left till overflowing. My biggest issue was the poor quality AC and the "eco" / motion sensor controls. The AC struggled to cool the room and if it didnt detect motion it shut off. This lead to several poor nights of sleep due to room temperature rising to 78 despite a much cooler outside temperature."
