"Our King Bed Superior room has smaller washroom than friend’s 2-Twin bed room’s. Corridors are carpeted and dark just a little smelly. Breakfast needs to lineup for coffee machine and one set of coffee machines broken. One breakfast associate needs to show more happiness for helping people."

Our accomodation was perfect for our family of four and reasonably priced. The location is excellent, being just behind the London Eye, next to Waterloo Station and with a M&S down the road - perfect! "
