"The service given at check in was outstanding."

"The hotel offers excellent storage space and a functional kitchenette. The pool area was a great spot to relax while waiting for the room, and the staff, especially Jailene, were incredibly welcoming. The hotel is also a short Uber ride to Universal, making it convenient for theme park visits. The only downside was the proximity of the rooms, which sometimes allowed for noise from neighboring rooms."

"Place was spacious, clean and comfortable for my kids and I. Only issue was getting the correct codes for the building gate as it wasn’t noted in the email. Luckily someone was coming out and told us the code (they had the same issue). Overall, I would definitely stay here again."

"i rarely do reviews but we loved this property so much i feel is under rated. we love the cleanliness and how spacious it was. it was very comfy. they provide with plenty of towels and many basic necessities. the only negative comment is the resort fees. $45 for 2 night just because? and the deposit at least i understand i will get it back. but i already paid my 2 nights. why further spending? but i will definitely reconsider when traveling to Orlando. Good choice "

"I Stayed here for a week, me and my 7 year old. We had the"luxury condo with a lake view". From my understanding not all units are owned and managed by Enclave hotel & suites, some are individually owned which is what I had. So it seems experience may vary because of that. I am writing this as a single mom, on a budget, and just needed a decent place to lay my head, a kitchen, and to fly home with all clean clothes. I was not looking for a true luxury experience. "casa nueva y en perfecto estado lo único que no me gusto fue cuando me fui a dormir la bufanda estaba toda sucia de pelos y debajo de la cama no la habían limpiado hasta había medicamentos de otras personas"

"This place was so wonderful. We had to evacuate due to hurricane Milton and we felt so safe and at home staying here. The bed was great and the amenities were wonderful. We will be back!"

"I had to change rooms because the room I was given at first the AC was not working. I mentioned the AC not working because how fast they took care of the issue. Once I was moved I loved staying there. It was quiet and relaxing. I would stay there again."
