"The room was very clean and came with a nice moon-shaped batch tub with shower in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and gave me directions to the hotel, since it was hard to find, even using Satnav. I was able to get a free car parking space because they are limited, so that was a bonus. The room came with free continental breakfast, which was also a nice touch. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay on the sea harbour and highly recommend it to future travellers."

The breakfast started and eight there were no staff to service us even though we had informed the night before we needed to leave asap therefore we had to leave without breakfast. "I think the hotel is either new or newly run as they seem to be finding their feet. Check-in was 3pm to 4pm and when I called to say I might be around 6:30, I was told "it's only hour and a half from Manchester" and "there might not be anyone here after 5pm". It felt a bit abrupt in all honesty but when I arrived around 5:30 (Friday school holiday traffic), they were pleasant enough.
