"We had a one night stay to attend a concert at Sandringham. The property was in a great location for us to travel onto the concert later, providing a break for us. Food was available by request in the pub/bar which looked very clean and fab decor. We did not eat here as we had other plans. We had the accessible room which was accessed by its own outside door. "The hosts were so accommodating and friendly. Food options for breakfast and in the restaurant consisted of a good choice and were perfectly cooked by Barry. Advertised as a B&B, they have a licensed bar and evening restaurant which elevated it's level of amenities. Would definitely book again."

"The place was really easy to find. Nice and quiet with a great bar and excellent food menu. Lots of space and friendly staff. The caravan was laid out for our family requirements and was comfortable. I would defently stay there again as it is a great location for travelling around the local area. "
