"I found the staff to be dishonest. Shamelessly dishonest and greedy. Once a customer pays, it's paid. Just because you arbitrarily decide that the customer paid too little, it's bad business practice and unprofessional to demand more money making the paid customer feel like either they pay you more money or they won't have access to internet restored. Also, and I should mention this because I still don't know what it was but if you are thinking of staying here, ask what the blinking red light...

"No lift,only staircase.Inconvinien for old folk or with heavy luggage if you stay lvl 3. 1st glance of room looks ok. But later found small cockroach in the room. Also a small insect on bed sheet.And also, there is small ants on the wall and table. Room is spacious with window for superior type.The toilet layout is strange that need 3 steps on it.Poor sound proof. Wont be return if have a choice."

"It's a homestay. Spacious and good for a big family of 5 or 6. When we reached there, owner was not there. After few frantic calls, owner told to get ourselves a key to the unit. "I have been to KL 11 times but never stayed at The Holiday Inn Express. It was because there are a few Holiday Inns where I live in Australia and it didn't sound special enough. Well I was wrong! I absolutely loved my 7 nights at this hotel! The Assistant Front Desk Manager, Mohamed Hafiz Bin Abdul Rashid, found me a room where I had good sleep for the first time in months! It was a very clean, spacious room and I really liked the colourful rug and wall art. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Aircon worked well and apart from hearing an occasional door shut (which happens in most hotels) there was no sound from adjoining rooms! At breakfast there was a good selection of food and beverages. Must thank one of the breakfast staff, Mohammad, for his caring nature. I wasn't feeling well and he kept checking if I needed anything. The hotel was much more modern than I had imagined. Eclectic furniture in the reception and breakfast area, all in good taste. There is a cocktail bar with comfy armchairs and a vending machine at reception. Outside the hotel is a Family Mart, McDonald's, Zeus Coffee and a huge grocery store. It's approx a10 minute walk to the Pavilion but there's a bus stop just outside the hotel where the GOKL buses take you to the centre of Bukit Bintang. On the other side of the road there are GOKL buses to Chinatown and Masjid India etc. In other words this hotel has it all! I'm returning in April for 14 nights. Thanks again to all the wonderful staff! 🤗"
