"Room smelled bad from the time I went to sleep until the time I checked out"

"I had a very frustrating experience with this property. I strongly recommend double-checking their check-in policy before booking. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to access my room because I couldn’t get in contact with anyone in the office after hours. Despite multiple attempts to reach someone, there was no response. As a result, I never even stayed the night and ended up losing out on the room entirely. This was extremely disappointing."

"Lots of remideling going on, which is good, but we didn't know about. The lobby is completely demolished and unusable. I feel like the room prices should have been lower during all of this demolition! "

"Very welcoming staff. The rooms and property are dated and could use a facelift, but that's also part of the charm. Very interesting history for baseball fans (especially the San Francisco fans). The bar and restaurant are great. If you are looking for an out-of-the-way, unique experience, this is it."
