建物が多少古い感じがしましたが、綺麗にされていました。到着時間が、早かったが、従業員さんが外まで迎えに来てもらいました。又客室の準備が終わっていたため、時間よりも早くチェックインしていただきました。

憧れの星野リゾートだったのに

星野リゾート磐梯に2泊しました。夕食、朝食ともバイキング形式でしたが、郷土料理が2,3品変わるだけで、他の7料理は2日間とも同じでした。残念でした。 南の部屋でしたので暑くて空調の調整をお願いしたら部屋ごとにはできない、全館の調整になるといわれました。見てみますといわれましたが、変化なしで、仕方なくドアを開けっ放しにして廊下の涼しい空気を入れてました。 BGMの音が大きくて耳障り。ペットも同伴化のようでしたが、犬が部屋に残されているのかキャンキャン泣いてうるさかった。ペット同伴の部屋は制限されているかどうか、どの部屋でも同伴できるのかわかりませんが、いくら掃除された後でも次に入るお客様がアレルギーのある方なら迷惑と思います。 団体バスが何台も入っているのは驚きでした。 　周りの景色、従業員の対応は文句なかったです。

快適に過ごせました。

日本酒の話、会津磐梯山の踊り方教室など従業員のサービス非常に楽しくて良かった。部屋も清潔、夕食、朝食共にビュッフェスタイルだったが、非常に美味しかった。天気が良くなかったのが残念だったが、夕食を含むホテルのサービスが非常に良かったので、快適に過ごせた。また滞在したいと思った。

星野リゾートを期待して宿泊しました。スタッフのお迎え等すごく感じがよかったです。 夕食の時の、馬肉の料理がテーブルに運ばれてきたのは、驚きでした。後、お風呂を上がってからのキャンディが食べられるのも、ハッピーでした。 ただ、残念だったのは、朝食の時に、少し遅くなって食堂に入ったせいか、せかされて食べた感じがしたのが残念でした。

The onsen bath is a little disappointing and the buffet dinner has less choices than what I experienced in other Hoshino resorts, although the choices are still ample. The staff is amazing and there are a lot of free and well organized activities.

覺得這個價錢可以有更好的選擇，食物很普通，星野集團的旗下餐廳，早餐晚餐竟然連一點水果都沒有，這是我住各式還算不錯的飯店，第一次連水果都沒有的餐廳很訝異！

コスパの高いゆっくり過ごすのに最適なホテル

9月の3連休ということで泊まれる宿を探していたところ、こちらのホテルに目が留まりました。 これまで泊まった星野グループのホテルよりもリーズナブルな価格でしたが、サービスは満点です。 もともとスノーシーズン向けのホテルではありますが、季節ごとのアクティビティも充実しており、せんべい焼き体験や夜の焚火など楽しませていただきました。 一点だけわがままを言わせてもらうと、あの部屋数に対して、エレベーターが二基だけというのは、少々不便のような気がしました。 ハードの安全面などから階段を開放していないのでしょうが、３・４階ぐらいであれば、階段で降りたほうが速い場合もあるので、ご検討いただければさいわいでございます。

星野リゾートブランドに期待する一方で、スキー場のホテルなのでサービスは期待できないのではとの思いを持って向かった。 結果、さすが星野リゾートという細やかな気配りが感じられて快適に過ごせました。

滑雪人的天堂

非常棒的一間飯店，後方就是滑雪場，可以從飯店直達，建議訂一泊二食的方案，因為這裡在山腰上，距離最近的超商要開車一段時間，飯店服務人員英文不錯，人也非常親切，除了房間有點昏暗之外，一切都超級棒，值得推薦！

Fantastic service food and skiing

A completely Japanese focused hotel with very little in English. The stay was enhanced by a hotel staff Minami san who spoke English and took us to the room and showed us the hotel and even How the queuing system for dinner worked. A great ski in and out resort with not much of a crowd ( we were in yuzawa a week earlier and was full). Mainly Japanese families. Food was excellent with wagyu grill and horse meat stew as their specialties. Make sure you book in advance the shuttle bus which only operates only twice a day to Koriyama station. It’s not free as per the info page on the website. 1000 Yen for 1hr 45 min trip is reasonable. No other choice for food so go at least 1/2 board. Onsen a bit disappointing. Not as hot as normal and no outdoor. Filled with apples though!!! Will return!!

頑張れホシノ君

星野リゾートということで、期待感が高すぎたせいか、さほどの素晴らしさは感じなかった。露天風呂がなく、風呂のバラエティーが少ない事、 食事も野菜やフルーツのバラエティーが少なすぎた。ヨナヨナビールがあったのは良かった。 部屋にミネラルウオーターがあると事前に書いてあったが、見つからなかった。

磐梯山がそびえ立つ麓の綺麗なホテル

雪景色を楽しみながら山を登り、ホテルに到着すると、スタッフの方々が笑顔でお出迎えして下さり、ホテルの中に入るとアロマの良い香りがした。 チェックインもソファでして、部屋まで案内して下さり、部屋は清潔にされており満足。 温泉も小さくもなくかつ大きくもない普通のサイズで良かった。 ただ露天風呂はなかった。 湯上りに冷たいお茶やアイスが自由に頂けるのが嬉しかった。 夕飯はバイキングで、蕎麦やわっぱ飯、ステーキを目の前で調理してくださり、とても美味しくいただいた。 その他の料理も美味しく、たくさんあった為食べ過ぎにご注意。 朝のバイキングも沢山あり、喜多方らーめや郷土料理の天ぷら饅頭わ目の前で揚げたてを用意してくれた。 外の雪景色を見ながら食べる朝食は最高だった。 朝の磐梯山をみながらホテル周辺を散歩したが、本当に綺麗で空気も透き通る感じが良かった。 コートを持たないて外に写真を撮りに来た宿泊者にコートを貸し出したり、車に雪が積もってるかなぁと心配しながら朝確認しに行ったら雪が払われてて一切積もってないことに驚いた。 スタッフの方々が車に積もった雪を払っておいてくれたんだと思うと感謝しかない。 本当に最高のホテルだった。 また訪れたいホテルだった。今度は両親を連れて訪れたいと思う。
