"The place is basic...older, just separate cute little cabins with a real Thai feel, nice front wooden porch and...it was clean, and the lady who ran the place very nice...lots of trees...wifi, but basic. I saw no bugs...and I could see daylight through the slats in the hardwood floors. Bed was comfortable."

It is within walking distance to walking street and surrounded by tons of massage places, restaurants, shopping malls etc. The only weak point is the breakfast - If you stay for more than a few days it becomes somewhat repetitive.
