"Good clean rooms with good view of the valley. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices. About 15 minutes walk from the Sapa square, from where you could take the cable car to Fansipan base station. So all in all a good place to stay. Also plenty of restaurants short walk from the 15th floor exit. (The hotel has to exits, one on first floor and the other on the 15th floor which is closer to the restaurants and markets."

I highly recommend this for your stay in Sapa. It’s located a little out of the town and up on the hillside in a nice quiet area but just a short walk or grab ride down to the Sun Plaza."
