"Epic view from the 3 bedroom pool villa, trade off was the extremely steep access - 99% of people would not be able to walk up. Would’ve been a superb resort when new, but the villa I booked was definitely behind in maintenance. I did enjoy my stay but it was heavily discounted. I would not have been happy with the condition had I paid full price."

"Amazing customer service. We interacted with about a dozen staff members and every single one was delightful. They go above and beyond with excellent customer service. There is round the clock buggy service and the entire trip was a pleasure. The pool is 1.4m deep which was good enough for us. "Stayed here for over a month and loved it. Very clean, big rooms with great movie and sport channels. Staff very friendly and helpful. No problems bringing guests back either (many hotels charge you each time). Location is excellent - in a quiet, nice soil just a short walk to a beautiful stretch of Patong beach. The rooftop pool is located at the Neon Hotel which is only 10-15 mins walk away and it's very much worth it - great pool with beautiful views. I highly recommend this property."
