"The rooms have a faint mold or mildew smell. Tge paint is peeling off the walls in some spots. The flooring was waroed in my room. I wouldn't recommend walking barefoot. "

"Ive been to this property at least 6 different times an it has only improved each time. The connect massage spa is wonderful, there's even a small dance / music club on the other end attached. There is not a breakfast in house but plenty within a few steps away. As well as being 5mins from the beach. Definitely worth the stay!! FYI it is near the night scene but as long as your patio door is close you will have your peace. "

"2025年のお盆休みに初めて3泊利用しました。インド系のホテルだろうか？ゲストもほぼインド系の方々でしたが上品な方々でマナーもしっかりしていてとても居心地がよかったです。コスパも良く、朝食もとても美味しかったです。到着後わずかな追加で海が見えるプールビューのお部屋に変更していただき素敵な4日間を過ごすことが出来ました。施設は多少古いですが私は全然気になりませんでした。ジェットバスタブ（個人的必須）とシャワー室もあり良かったです。いつも目の前をソンテウが流しているので交通の便もとてもよかったです。徒歩圏内にショッピングモールもあり最高の立地でした。スタッフの方々もとてもフレンドリーで予約の取りにくいレストランの確保や空港までの送迎の車の予約値段交渉までしていただき感謝でした。次回もこのホテルで決まりです"

"Staff fantastic, Beds firm but no problem with that, Hotel a little dated but offers good space and value, Baht bus starts outside so convenient. Water pressure good, hot water good. No Netflix on tv so bring your own smart stick. Good value restaurants especially ‘Tis’ best eggs ever 😁"
