"Obviously the location of the hotel and the hotel condition was great. But their is big problem with the service in the hotel. At breakfasts when we order anything except open buffet we never receive it, and we left without eating anything two morning.Afternoon we asked for drinks and they look after us after 45 mins, while checkout we asked for buggy and help it didn’t came. This is high priced hotel, and it should not be like that."

"Unfortunately had a terrible one night stay at the hotel. Despite air conditioning being a listed amenity on Expedia, the AC control was locked and not available to use. My husband and I woke around midnight and it was far too warm in the room to sleep. Spoke with a male from reception who advised there was no AC in the whole building (they only allow it in the hot summer months despite it being about 26 degrees in the room). Asked for a portable fan and he said they did not have one and to open...

"The street runs right in front of the hotel, and the noise from the main road makes it absolutely impossible to sleep. I told the front desk, but they did nothing. They’ve installed something like a piece of paper instead of real glass — proper sound insulation could easily have been done, but they simply didn’t bother. They only care about taking your money. Extremely noisy place — do not book this hotel under any circumstances."

The breakfast offered a good variety and was of high quality. However, the room was relatively small for three occupants. Housekeeping services were consistent, with daily cleaning and fresh towels provided each day."
