"Rob is so helpful making sure our room has the proper amenities for my physical disabilities. The rooms are always clean and organized. My adult son enjoys the swimming and sauna pools. Whenever we have chosen to eat breakfast, there is always a wide selection of food to choose from. The breakfast staff bends over backwards to accommodate guest's special requests."

"I reserved a two queen bed suite when I arrived I was told their queen suites where all taken in fact, they told me that all the rooms that had two queen beds were all booked. I told him that I had reservations for over a month that I couldn’t have just a king bed. I had my daughter and granddaughter staying with me. after 15 minutes I was put in a room with two queen beds no mirror in the bathroom no towels. I’m not even sure the room was clean before we got in there other than the beds were...

"My family stayed here for 2 nights. After arriving we showered and proceeded to get ready to go to a family function. My sister could not get the tub faucet to turn off after her shower. My mother called down to the front desk and was informed that there was only one staff member onsite and that there was nothing she could do.
