It is what it is a very low price place to sleep near the light rail and public transport. Near the Interstate and all levels of shopping. Location is fine but its a Red Roof for $60- $70 a night. Clean rooms always yet hit or miss of the smells at times and I have stayed her many times

Water pressure in shower was very good, time for the hot water to heat for the shower was exceptional especially for being on the third floor. Room was comfortable and clean and quiet. Bathroom was very small but we managed. Liked there was an elevator, which we discovered on our own. All in all it was a good stay. Will probably stay again if in the area.

Live roaches in first two rooms offered. Check in person said she would give a refund, but on the third try, the room was roach-free. Stay was satisfactory (purchased bug spray to use around the entire floor base) for 3 nights.
