Great hotel close to the harbor waterfront and Camden Yards. Valet parking was a breeze. Overall the area is downtown urban but feels safe and relatively clean.

Staff was top notch friendly, valet was super easy and not stressful at all. The room was clean and had its own thermostat which was nice because it was so hot outside and i like to be on the colder side. The breakfast was actual food, not just cereal and bagels. 100% id stay here again.

The manager in duty, Monica E. was very helpful and accommodating. Our bathroom tub was not maintained correctly and she immediately moved us to another room, all while handling multiple other situations that were of concern. She will be the reason I stay there again.

Wonderful, helpful hotel and valet staff. Valet parking is nice but wasn't comfortable waiting in the street for a spot to open up at night. Breakfast buffet was ok and lobby area could have been cleaner. Room was clean and comfortable.

Friendly and very clean, huge king bed room on the 3rd floor is very quiet. A biggie for me is that there no objectionable mustiness or air freshener smell. I wont forget to stay here the next time I’m in Baltimore!
