"Breakfast was overpriced at £18 for what was a buffet breakfast that most places offer. but otherwise great hotel"

"The Stormont is in a great location in Belfast. Our room did have a few maintenance needs, in particular a shower that was difficult to regulate due to malfunctioning taps and a lamp that wasn’t working. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The staff in the lounge were extremely helpful and courteous. Overall, it was a good stay."

"Where to start - I was clearly looking warm and tired upon my arrival so the staff made sure my room was ready early so I could settle in and freshen up. I asked for directions to the nearest shopping precinct only to be told it was a little too far to walk to on such a hot day, but a member of staff would be happy to drive me there. Which they thankfully did. Returned later in the evening to a fantastic and very reasonably priced evening meal. At check out the reception staff, once again, went...

"Some staff were really helpful and solved problems well. Other younger desk staff made mistakes (got room number wrong for taxi and almost sent driver away, then called a second taxi while driver was still there) or were unhelpful and gave up easily (looked for a lost jacket indifferently). Older desk staff made much more of an effort and found coat easily. Younger staff lacked a willingness to work."

"The accommodations at Tara Lodge were perfect for a short stay in Belfast with easy access to the Titanic Museum and BHD airport. The staff and service were superior specifically highlighting Helena and Ricky who were always pleasant, helpful, friendly, and offering assistance. The included breakfast was fantastic. "Couldn’t say enough positives about this hotel. The check in process was so easy and we got there early but they still let us have access to our room without an additional charge (rare in this day and age!). The staff were so accommodating, I had hurt my ankle a few days prior and required icing which they were only too willing to make a temporary ice bag for me. Great location as it’s easy access into the city centre and the main transport link into Belfast and the airports. The breakfast...

Our room & the hotel in general was spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast, had a great choice of eggs, bacon, sausage, variety of cereals & toppings, various beads, croissants with a selection of cold meats & cheeses & obviously tea, coffee & juices…..a great way to start off a busy day of...

"Loved the kitchen feature. We stayed three nights and were happy to stock up on breakfast foods and keep all our drinks cold. Couldn’t figure out the air conditioning but really didn’t need it nor did we ask for help. Face cloths would have been nice."
