"Great location for an overnight stay In tubercurry. Nothing fancy but the staff were very kind, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was in the center of town within walking distance to local pubs. The restaurant attached to the hotel had great food and dessert with live music. Parking is in the back of the hotel that is gated overnight, which is nice. "

"After a week on a river boat, we booked a night at Hartley House and thoroughly enjoyed it. We felt right at home and the hostess, Kate was remarkable in how she went above and beyond in order to meet our needs. This is the true Ireland in an old, historic house in a quiet country area. "I booked and prepaid for a double room with en-suite. Upon arrival, when they saw I was alone, I was moved to a single room with restroom down the hall and downstairs. I am a 65 y/o woman, traveling alone. I need a bathroom at night. None of the sinks worked, except for the one downstairs powderoom. "Room was clean and cosy. The breakfast was lovely I would recommend the traditional Irish breakfast. The host was so friendly and helpful with our travels! Would absolutely stay here again!! The dapper duck was and excellent pub to eat at as well! It was a very short walk for supper. "

"We got a warm welcome from the staff at reception when we arrived which set the scene for a lovely relaxed stay. Our room was clean, well equipped, quiet with a nice view of the garden. We had a nice evening meal in the bar restaurant with excellent service and our breafast was all we could wish for. Wish we were able have stayed a bit longer. Will definitely be back. "
