Hotel Mewah di Ballina

"Good size premises, great living area, good size kitchen with all needed utensils. Bed was just a queen but quite firm and comfortable. Good size shower with good water pressure. Did have an issue with the TV not having a power cord, but the staff were able to rectify immediately. No foxtel as advertised, however not a huge issue. The inside shutter and flyscreen were very hard to move on the main entrance (staff notified), made entry, exit and privacy difficult. Stairs going to underground...

The staff also contacted me to make sure I would check in on time on my day of arrival. This is great service. The room and location are fine The bed is comfortable and the room is located on the ground floor for easy access to pool and garden area I has nothing but a great experience here and a warm good bye as I left I think some...
