"Crumbs and dog hair all over carpet. Upstairs tenant was extremely loud the whole entire 48 hrs of my stay. Blew cigarette smoke at us every time we came in the front entrance while he was outside smoking. Not an accurate description or photos, don’t waste your money."

"Although we had a brief stay, It was a lovely and comfy stay. Josiah was extremely responsive to my many questions. And the instructions from checkin to check out were clear to follow. Location was super close to where we were working and had a lot of yummy food nearby. I highly recomend this place for anyone visiting Seattle."

"A wonderful hotel: very nice supportive staff, artfully designed well maintained property, easy safe parking. Room is spacious with modern appliances (TV is a bit small for a room size)). Area is safe in a daytime. Few angry individuals we observed on a way back to a hotel at night, coming from bar area… but, all in all it’s a good safe hotel to stay if you visit Seattle."

"While there are other hotels nearby, I always prefer to stay here when visiting Seattle. This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to UW campus and the Link Station. It is consistently clean, has kitchen and plenty of seating areas downstairs. Breakfast is served daily. Staff are friendly and professional. If staying with a car, they have secure parking for a fee. My only issue during this past stay was the vanity sink draining ever so slowly. Hopefully, they resolved it after...

"I stayed in a king room and there is no real bathroom counter to speak of. There is just a 3-inch wide shelf that runs the width of the wall along the sink mirror. While the location of the hotel is good, the room is vastly overpriced for what you get. Also I needed to checked out a a whole day early (I had paid for a 7 night stay) and they would not offer any refund."

"Step back in time. Hotel is worth the stay. Only down side for me is they allow pets. Floors are hardwood so no worries about having a pet smell in the room. Would be 5 stars if not for allowing pets."

"Property was clean and maintained very well. Free breakfast was sufficient. The temperature in the room was not able to get as cool as I would like. It was a little uncomfortable since Seattle was in the middle of a heat wave at the time."
