"We did not order anything from the menu so cannot comment on that. However the condition of the rooms, size of the rooms for 3 adults was wonderful. Great kitchen with frypan, pots and a small oven/hotplate unit for cooking. Each unit has a small private outdoor table and chair set. There is a free laundry which was great as we had small children. There is a children's play area, beautiful grounds and the place was so handy to the airport and the northern part of Christchurch. "Looks small from outside but really comfy inside. A big positive was a small fan for the hot afternoons, a mini fridge, a kitchenette. The only callout is hot showers are $2."

"Very spacious 2 br apartment with beautiful lake views and golf course views , very peaceful and quiet location, easy check in and good communication with host. The apartment were brand new and sun drenched with views of the lake from every room. Would definitely recommend staying here "

"The rooms while small are new, clean and tidy and we’ll looked after the issue is the noise, mostly from other long term guests who have apparently settled there, arguments, drunken fight, swearing all night all through the night, it ended with someone trying to kill themselves, 3 police cars and ambulance at 5 am I would never set foot there again if you paid me to be there, and that was the advice from police officers when I was eventually allowed to escape through the cordon "
