Standing water around the bathtub, no drainage. There’s only one electrical outlet which was utilized by the small refrigerator and tv. There’s no electrical outlet to charge your cell phone or electronic gadgets inside the room. No electrical outlet in the bathroom neither. One bed has no headboard. "The view from our balcony was amazing. Breakfast was heavy with local cuisine but enough "American" items that we didn't go hungry. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Would definitely consider staying there again."

"Nuuk Taal Lake was the perfect get away spot. Clean, quiet, and comfortable accommodation. A place for anyone that wants relaxation ranging from solo traveler, love birds, friends and family alike. Dining experience was comparable to eating at fine restaurants offering delicious dishes. Staff from the restaurant, the ground keepers, security and the front desk were attentive and customer focused. The infinity pool offered picturesque opportunities with Taal Volcano and the lake itself as a backdrop. Ample parking space and safe. Kudos to Mary for having such a wonderful TEAMat Nuuk Taal."

"Although I wasn't the one who checked in, I booked the room for my son, his buddy, my nephew, and my nieces. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful when I chatted with them online before their stay, which made the booking process easy. My son really enjoyed the resort, and he and his buddy even completed their PADI certification there! They had a great experience, and it sounds like they had an amazing time. Based on their feedback and my interactions with the staff, I would definitely recommend this resort."

"Check in/check out was a breeze. Staff were courteous and professional. The rooms were spacious, clean and ready for us. The restaurants has pretty good food and variety choices except the Mexican style restaurant in the beach. Their sizzling plates were dry and doesn't taste good. Needs improvement on the part. Transportation to the property is the easiest if you don't have your own vehicle or rent a vehicle. There are no other stores to buy stuff that you may have forgot but the Kultura inside the hotel. The whole place is really nice for a great family vacation. We were there Tuesday to Thursday. So, it might be different on the weekends where there are a lot of people. I heard there's a line in almost all the activities on the weekends."
